Refunds/Returns

Rose Petal Nutrition prides itself on providing the BEST for all of our customers! If something has gone wrong with your order, please let us know so we can correct the issue!

How to Refund/Return:


All UNOPENED/UNUSED products will be allowed as a return, within 30 Days of purchase with receipt

All OPEN/USED products will be allowed as an EXCHANGE ONLY FOR SAME LEVEL within 14 Days of purchase with receipt

If a refund is approved, customer will receive their refund within 2-3 business days as banks allow

If returning a product that was shipped via postal service, customer will be provided mailing information at time of refund (if applicable)

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE UNOPEN/IN MANUFACTURER CONDITION, ANY OPEN PRODUCT RETURN IS AT DISCRETION OF ROSE PETAL NUTRITION
